Vision Statement the Best Sources to Have Unity in the Company.

Throughout learning about entrepreneurship, I found that it is important to choose right people to work with. A company is organized with people who are willing to contribute for the company through their skills and performance so that the company would grow. I found that most of successful companies have great goal or vision that all workers know there to go and how to use their skills. Having great opportunities, I had chance to talk with 2 managers who own each company and run the company for over 10 years. Each of them gave great aspects of having vision statement for the company. I felt that it is one of the subjects to study to become a great entrepreneurship.

A vision statement is shown that where a company would like to go and where to achieve in the long term running. In short word, it is a goal for the company. In my opinion, having vision statement is really important to have for each company. Without the statement, workers would not know where we are heading to. In my studying of entrepreneurship, I found that having unity in a company brings effective works and great results at the end of projects in the company. A vision statement is one of the resources to create the unity in the company so that they will not waste of time while they are working. In aspects from manager for the company, it would help them to find the right person to hire. If the person does not have skills or aspects along with the vision statement, even if he was fired for the company, he might feel odd and might not stay longer at the company. As far as I know that having strong unity in the workers is a key to success for the company. And vision statement would create the environment and they would know where they are going to.

If companies do not have the vision statement, I can see that people would work only for gaining money. They would not contribute for the company neither for the society. I believe that a company is created for something helpful to bring them to the society. One of companies that I talked with, its business is to create some agricultural tools so that when people create some vegetables, their working effectiveness would increase. When a company started focus on just gaining money, I believe that the company would not receive trust from people, and they cannot run it for a long time.

Having vision statement also create a good culture of ethics. As I mention above, company is established to contribute something good aspects of productions to people. If a company have great vision statement for the business, workers would focus on how to accomplish the vision. When the environment is once created, the culture of ethics is created because they are now unified to accomplish the goal which bring great things to people.

Throughout leaning about vision statement, vision statement is essential sources that each company should have at least one. It will bring unity in the company, and they will not lost when they are working. This is amazing to know that without goals, where do not know where to go. However, once we have goals we are motivated to work for it. As I am learning for entrepreneurship, I should always remember what I learned through this topic.
