There is one class of hormone names as androgen and testosterone, which is one steroid hormone that belongs to this hormone class. In the testes of men and the ovary of women, it seems to produced mostly.

A little amount of it also produced in the adrenal gland. It has both anabolic and androgenic effects. Its anabolic effects help to build muscle, tissues, assist with protein synthesis, and also improve the density of bone.

For both gender (men and women), testosterone has a crucial role in developing and maintaining muscle mass, level of energy, making the strong and increasing density of bone.

Working out or exercise helps to increase testosterone in females. Testosterone is important for women as it assists in improving bone density and muscle mass, where both of these decrease with age.

• Try to reduce your stress level.

• Go out in the sunshine for taking vitamin D and alternatively, you can take vitamin D supplements.

• Some other vitamin supplements can also assist, such as- zinc, vitamin B, etc.

• Proper sleep can also assist

• Consuming natural herbs is another easy way.

Work out may increase the level of testosterone in males and females and mostly in men, but it has lots of adverse effects also. Especially people with vulvas have to face the problem of a significant level of testosterone.

So here my suggestion is if you have the desire to increase it and you are going to start to work out for it take some more days. Talk with one doctor and test your baseline of testosterone. After that, if your testosterone level comes below normal level take steps otherwise don’t try to increase it will give some other problems.
