I have seen a lot of people who start their careers in web development. One thing they forget and that is the main problem with max developers.

They do what others do. They don’t know what they can do. I mean many developers look for jobs or do freelancing after learning development. What I am going to discuss in this blog will help you from both sides.

Just for a while I just want to discuss something out of topic. So, you know there are many tools on the internet that are making recurring revenue. Those tools are earning a lot of money through just a service that was developed by a developer like you and me.

I hope you will agree with that.

Now, many developers are in their early stages when they are learning about stacks and developing some projects for practice. They have the best time to market themselves and create a boost in their career.

Why I am saying BOOST is because when you join any company as fresher they pay you only as fresher whether you are a master in coding or not. And the same is true in the eyes of companies. The person, anyone, whatever he starts, gets paid according to his ability. In this, I am just talking about the capabilities, and how to increase your potential so that you can get the best opportunities.

We have many websites and tools. When you are a learner and trying out things in your early time. Just look towards these helpful tools which will help you a lot to increase your capabilities and help you to get the best opportunities.

And obviously, it will help you directly in your career. You will see your network will grow through Github. So, this is the first step that helps.

A few days ago, I started using stack overflow as a problem solver. Because it doesn’t matter if you are doing development in javascript or python. But this is a great place to explore for programmers. Because here you will find millions of code problems that you can solve.

Why you should care about using these sites if you are a developer is because when you will start contributing to problems regularly you will find that you are helping others. But the main thing that you will get is recognization in the community. That will help you to build a network between top-notch developer communities.

Nowadays content creators are growing fastly using social media. So, why not you. Listen, you don’t need to be a content creator. So, what you can do is, just have to share your code tips or solutions on social media. And you will see people will start engaging with you and will start following you. Because you are bringing values to them. And it is going to make an impact on social media.

I think that LinkedIn and Twitter would be better places for you.

Write about problems that mean you can start blogging in which you will solve code problems.

Many times you have that when you get a problem in your code you start googling. And the same thing other people do. So, this is a common problem. For example, If you are a Laravel developer, and you are developing a web app. Then this is obvious that you will get some errors or problems at the time when you are developing the application. Then what you can do, you can write about solutions in your blog, and if you have your portfolio website then you can start writing in blogs that increase the authenticity of your profile.

When the reach of your blog starts increasing then you will see that you will get a lot of opportunities through your personal website.
